Cooking Chives Pancakes

Yesterday, I tried to make myself some Chives Pancake with Eggs.
It did not turn out very well. It was too moist and gooey. It took too long to cook too.
SO, the next time I'm making this, I'm gonna use a crepe recipe with chives.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
I will probably cut out the milk content. We'll see...
